Organic Living: Theo Chocolate Review
As a family we try our best to eat Organic. I started with introducing more and more organic foods in my home. Yes, this is pricier than normal, but it's worth it in the end. Also, I was surprised to find that once I emailed some of our favorite Organic brands they were willing to send me samples and coupons. Sweet! So if your only argument against Organic is the price, there's proof that you can do it!
One brand that I have been wanting to try was Theo Chocolate. I contacted the company in hopes to do a review and well, they supplied. I was not paid to do this review or for my words glamorous or not. The products being reviewed were supplied upon my request and my review is 100% my opinion.
I also gave samples to close friends of mine just for more of an outsiders opinion. I took this review seriously and took notes. We also had a lot of fun, time tasting, smelling and savoring every last morsel of the chocolates.
First, I'd like to educate you on the company itself. Pretty fascinating stuff here folks!

Now, on to the chocolate! They supplied me with sample bags and a full bar of Dark Chocolate Orange, Dark Chocolate Salted Almond and Milk Chocolate.
My favorite was the Dark Chocolate Salted Almond. I'll have you know I'm not a Dark Chocolate fan usually, sometimes it can be just too rich. This was such a great balance. It reminded me of my favorite dessert, salted caramel brownies. But, WAY better. I could only eat a few bites of it at a time, but I wanted to savor it! Theo gets it just right. There's such a great balance of deeply roasted cacao, crunchy almonds, and a savory sea salt finish. For me, it was definitely love at first bite.
The Milk Chocolate bar was amazing, as expected. So delicious, creamy, satisfying and just enough cocoa! There's no way I'd let this bar be overpowered with a smore!
My least favorite was the Dark Chocolate Orange, but I'm not a huge fan of mixing fruit and chocolate, unless it's strawberries ;). But for a more honest review I asked a friend to try it. She said that it was such a unique balance of Orange and chocolate and that it wasn't overpowered by the Orange flavor. The flavor is not bitter, but creamy and satisfying.
So if there's a reason to gift someone something soon, be sure to order them some Theo chocolates! Very reasonable prices for all they are offering with these delicious bars!
Now pinch me, because I got to just write about and try yummy chocolate for fun!
